We deliver only to the Philippines, specifically in Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. We are still looking for the right delivery partner for nationwide delivery.

We are doing self-delivery.

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 calendar days, except in cases of force majeure.

The delivery fee is waived for an order with a value of at least PHP 5,000.00.

For an order with a value below PHP 5,000.00, the delivery fee is PHP 150 only. 

We accept several types of payments via our payment gateway, Paynamics Paygate Service, of Paynamics Technologies: GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, Coins, QRPH, Bank OPB, BPI Online UBP Online, BDO Online Direct, LandBank, Billease, Home Credit, Cebuana, Posible, EC Pay, SM Bills, Dragonpay, and Palawan Express. Credit and debit card options will be available soon. 

Paynamics Technologies has a PCI-DSS Certificate of Compliance Level 1 (4.0) and registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as an Operator of Payment System.

Yes, all products that are marked as available (can be added to your cart), are onhand and ready for delivery. 

All products under the "French Artists" category are Made in France.

Most of the products under the "French Brands" category are “Made in France”, and described as such on our website. See Director General for Enterprises, France, website: https://www.entreprises.gouv.fr/espace-entreprises/s-informer-sur-la-reglementation/le-made-france . Some products are Made in Italy etc., but purchased from French brands and shipped from France. 

The"French Books" section includes books about French fashion, food, architecture, etc. The books are not necessarily Made in France, but they are essentially French in content - oftentimes from French chefs or artists or about French brands or artists - so we are offering them.

It is not possible to order an out-of-stock product. Kindly note that each brand has different production and delivery lead times, which vary throughout the year, and most products are made-to-order. To be notified when the product goes back in stock, you can click “Notify Me” on the product page, after providing an email address unless you have created an account on our website and are logged in. The notification is not equivalent to a reservation. 

If we do not intend to restock the product or if the supplier only offers limited quantities and such quantities have run out, this process will not apply as the product will disappear on our website.

Yes, the prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Yes, we offer a gift registry option on our website. This is available to those with an account created on our website.

No. Products that become out of stock after being included in the registry will disappear from the registry. We recommend that, when you create your product list, you include as many items as you like.  

It expires at the end of the Event Date provided by the creator of the registry. If the intention is for the gift to reach the creator of the registry before the event, purchases must be made at least 5 calendar days before the Event Date.

We will collect and deliver all orders together (1) two days before the Event Date or (2) earlier if all in-stock products in the gift registry have been purchased. We will continue to accept orders until the Event Date, but we will be able to deliver them within 3 to 5 calendar days after the Event Date. To ensure that the orders are delivered before the Event Date, orders must be placed 5 calendar days before the Event Date or earlier.  

For security purposes, the creator(s) must be the same person(s) to whom the gifts will be delivered.

We offer digital gift cards (e-gift cards) in different denominations. For security purposes, these can only be purchased by users who have created an account. 

An e-gift card can only be purchased by a client that has created an account on our website. The purchased e-gift card, with the unique code, will be sent via email message to the purchaser's email address. 

The e-gift card will contain the unique gift code. Upon checkout, the beneficiary must type the code in the relevant field in the payment page. The e-gift card can only be used once. The difference between the value of the e-gift card and the amount of the purchase cannot be refunded.

No, e-gift cards do not expire. 

Yes, the purchaser may send the e-gift card to another person. The purchaser is responsible for the safe-keeping of the e-gift card, to ensure it is not accessed by any unauthorized person.

Yes, provided the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy is met, the beneficiary of an e-gift card can seek a return, refund, or exchange. In case of refund, the e-gift card will be replenished. 

Yes, you can.

Account creation requires an email address and a password, while the email newsletter subscription only requires an email address. A client may opt for account creation, newsletter subscription, or both.

No, account creation is not required to purchase a product except for an e-gift card. 

If you create an account, you would be able to:

  • purchase an e-gift card,
  • create a gift registry, 
  • create one ore more wishlist, with unlimited items, and
  • get notified of product(s) left in your cart.

If you subscribe to the email newsletter, you would receive marketing information, company and brand updates, and subscriber discounts.

The “Add to Wishlist” heart button appears on every product page. A product included in a wishlist can be added to the cart. A wishlist can be set to public, shared, or private.

If you have created an account on our website, your wishlist will be saved in your account. The wishlist can be multiple, and can include unlimited products. 

Some products have express warranties. If a product has an express warranty, such warranty will be stated on the applicable product page of our website, with details provided under Section D of the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
