This Cancellation Policy, which is part of the Terms and Conditions, governs any sale made on our website, www.marchemeritouais.com, and the cancellation of such sale:
- Any person, whether natural or juridical, executes a contract of sale with us when such person or their authorized representative clicks the tab titled “Place Order” upon checkout and when the payment thereafter pushes through, resulting in the generation of an order confirmation and its being sent to such person’s email. When this order confirmation is sent to such person’s email, the purchase may not be cancelled by such person.
- We reserve the right to cancel a purchase: (a) if we have a reason to believe that the purchase was suspicious or unauthorized, such as when our third-party payment service provider flags the transaction as fraudulent; (b) when an out-of-stock product is inadvertently listed as available for purchase; (c) if we cannot locate your address despite reasonable efforts; or (d) if your location is outside Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, or Rizal.
- In case of any refund due and payable under this Cancellation Policy, the funds shall go back the original payment method provided we received the payment. This shall apply to purchases of all products, including e-gift cards, as well as purchases of e-gift cards or products made in a gift registry. A refund applies only if we received the payment.
- This Cancellation Policy is different from the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
