This Cancellation Policy, which is part of the Terms and Conditions, governs any sale made on our website, www.marchemeritouais.com, and the cancellation of such sale:
- Any person, whether natural or juridical, executes a contract of sale with us when such person or their authorized representative clicks the tab titled “Place Order” upon checkout and when the payment thereafter pushes through, resulting in the generation of an order confirmation and its being sent to such person’s email. When this order confirmation is sent to such person’s email, the purchase may not be cancelled by such person.
- We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if we have a reason to believe that the purchase was unauthorized, such as when our third-party payment service provider flags the transaction as fraudulent.
- We also reserve the right to cancel a purchase for exceptional reasons, such as when an out-of-stock product is inadvertently listed as available for purchase or if we cannot locate your address despite reasonable efforts. In this example, we would refund the payment to the original payment method.
- This Cancellation Policy is different from the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
