The absence of a bottom report justifies a speed of rise and fall of the temperature and facilitates the cooking of the most technical devices.

Cristel products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

• Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
  • Hob up to 12: setting 9
  • Hob up to 9: setting 6
  • Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
• Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
  • They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
  • They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.

Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
