About the Brand

Founded in 1987 in the mountainous village of Laguiole, in the Aubrac region, Aveyron department, in southern France, Forge de Laguiole, through its master cutlers, has been meticulously smithing knives – one cutler per knife – in the prestigious Laguiole style, which originated almost 200 years ago, in 1829, in the same town.
