The knife (30 cm.) and fork carving set from Forge de Laguiole’s Art de la Table Tradition series is the perfect combination of traditional craftsmanship and a cultivated dining table. The Forge de Laguiole carving set is characterized by its impeccable and fluid cut. It refines the pleasure of cutting a piece of meat prepared with passion. The size of the knife indicated is its total length. To protect the handle in daily use, the knives are fitted with end bolsters. The so-called mitres are made of steel close off the handle. They are individually forged and attached to the drilled and polished plates.
