The body of your teapot can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. The bell does not go through the dishwasher otherwise it will have irreversible deterioration; it can be cleaned with a soft sponge, without scratching. A prior washing of the product is recommended before the first use. The felt is removable to be cleaned by hand. The teapot should not be placed directly on a heat source.
Our precious metal decorations on our Limoges porcelain are applied with expert know-how, guaranteeing an exceptional hold over time.
Delicate maintenance for a preserved shine:
• Hand wash (recommended): sponge and soft cloth to respect precious decorations.
• Dishwasher possible with precautions: low temperature program, careful handling, strict dosage of the washing product.
• Not microwave compatible (precious metals do not support waves).

About the Brand
Founded in 1948 in the town of Vire, in the Normandy region, Calvados department, in northwestern France, by Guy Degrenne, a goldsmith, Degrenne has been creating high-end and top-quality stainless steel cutlery through its artisans. In the 1980s, it expanded to creating porcelain tableware from its workshop in Limoges, in southwestern central France. For its know-how and craftsmanship, Degrenne has been granted a Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label by the French government.
